Description
Each photograph I release is part of a strictly limited edition of 20 prints. As the edition progresses, the price increases in stages, reflecting the growing scarcity of the work. Once all 20 prints are placed, the photograph is permanently retired in that form.
For the first collectors within each edition (prints 1–3), I include a companion piece alongside the main print. This is a smaller, secondary work drawn directly from the photographic process—such as a contact sheet, an alternate frame, or a study related to the final image.
These pieces are not reproductions of the final photograph, but fragments of how the image came to exist. They offer a quieter, more intimate view into the moment, the decisions, and the conditions behind the work.
Each companion piece is signed and clearly marked as not part of the main edition, and is only available to these earliest collectors. It will not be reproduced or offered again.
In addition, early collectors receive, a short handwritten note reflecting on the context in which the photograph was made or the poem inspired by the photograph.
This approach allows the first placements of each edition to carry something slightly more personal—an extension of the work that remains close to its origin.
